Winsupply Acquires MSI Supply, Houston Industrial PVF Distributor

Winsupply Inc., one of the largest distributors in the nation, has purchased MSI Supply, a Houston-based distributor of pipe, valves and fittings (PFV). Details of the stock purchase were not disclosed.
