I. du Pont de Nemours and Company (the “Company”) today announced early tender results as of the Early Tender Deadline, which was 5:00 p.m. New York City time on November 27, 2018, and pricing for the Company’s previously announced cash tender offer (the “Tender Offer”) to purchase its outstanding debt securities set forth in the table below (collectively, the “Notes” and each a “series” of Notes).
