UTC Board of Directors Announces Quarterly Dividend

The United Technologies Corp.'s (NYSE:UTX) Board of Directors today declared, effective July 5, 2018, a dividend of 70 cents per share on the outstanding shares of UTC's common stock. The dividend will be payable Sept. 10, 2018, to shareowners of record at the close of business on Aug. 17, 2018.
