Wiegmann Associates Begins HVAC Work on New 16-Story, 675-Bed Housing for Purdue University StudentsWiegmann Associates has begun HVAC work on the new 16-story, 675-bed RISE on Chauncey student housing property near Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN. Wiegmann is serving as the Engineer of Record (EOR) and design/build HVAC mechanical contractor for the project. The general contractor is Brinkmann Constructors. The property developer is CA Student Living, a division of Chicago-based CA Ventures. The project is scheduled to complete Summer 2019.
