APHC concurs with RHI findings of Public Accounts Committee

The Association of Plumbing & Heating Contractors (APHC) has gone on record to agree with the findings in a recently published report, in which the Public Accounts Committee concluded that 'the Renewable Heat Incentive has failed to meet objectives or provide value for money'.
