Beijing Huairou District Strengthens Coal-to-Electricity Retrofit

In 2018, Beijing Huairou District has launched a Coal-to-Electricity retrofit project, targeting nine counties and 29 villages and covering 10,215 households. Within this year, five counties, Miaocheng, Beifang, Huairou, Bohai, and Huaibei, will complete the retrofit.
