Vertiv Set to Acquire Geist, Expand Global Rack PDU Portfolio

Vertiv, formerly Emerson Network Power, has reached an agreement to purchase Lincoln, Nebraska-based Geist, a privately owned manufacturer of Rack Power Distribution Units (PDUs) and associated data center products.
