Winter ice cream: Northern Bloc introduces new foodservice line

British ice cream manufacturer Northern Bloc has developed a new line of winter flavours for the foodservice industry. The festive range consists of: cinnamon and Belgian biscuit, creamy coconut and caramelised roasted almonds, and milk chocolate and salted caramel.
