Mitsubishi Electric acquired DeLclima from De’Longhi Industrial in February 2016. Then on January 1, 2017, Climaveneta and RC Group, which are wholly owned subsidiaries of MELCO Hydronics & IT Cooling, merged and began doing business as Mitsubishi Electric Hydronics & IT Cooling Systems (MEHITS).
