Coal-to-Electricity Retrofits in Zibo City Increase Power Grid Load

At the end of October 2017, Zibo City completed retrofits of heating systems according to ‘Coal -to-Gas’ and ‘Coal-to-Electricity’ policies. After the retrofits, the power grid load is increasing in the city.
