Chief Minister Inaugurates Seminar on Marine HVAC&R in Goa

Manohar Parrikar, former defence minister of India and the current chief minister of Goa, was the chief guest. An alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay, he is the first engineering graduate from an IIT to serve as the chief minister of a state in India.
