Hudson Technologies Announces Closing of Acquisition of Airgas-Refrigerants, Inc.

Hudson Technologies, Inc. today announced the closing of its acquisition of Airgas-Refrigerants, Inc., a subsidiary of Airgas, Inc., an Air Liquide company and leading U.S. supplier of industrial gases.
