Airgas Completes Sale of Airgas-Refrigerants, Inc. Subsidiary to Hudson Technologies

Airgas, an Air Liquide company and a leading U.S. supplier of industrial gases, welding technologies, and safety products, today completed the sale of Airgas-Refrigerants, Inc., its subsidiary specializing in the distribution, packaging and reclamation of refrigerant gases, to Hudson Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: HDSN).
