Port of Oakland rail link to Cool Port

The final piece of an ambitious plan to build a refrigerated gateway to Asia for US meat exports has been given the OK. Port of Oakland Commissioners last week approved an $11m rail spur from Oakland to Cool Port Oakland, reports the American Journal of Transportation.
