Etihad ESCO to retrofit 243 wasl Properties buildings

Etihad Energy Services Company (Etihad ESCO) will retrofit 243 buildings for wasl Properties in different parts of Dubai. Smart Automation Energy (SmartAE) has been awarded a AED 69mn ($18.78mn) contract for the project which is expected to achieve annual savings of over AED 15mn ($4.08mn).
