ARADA unveils new $6.5bn community project in Sharjah

Sharjah-based developer ARADA has revealed plans to build a AED 24bn ($6.5 billion) master-planned community. Covering more than 2.2 sq km, the Aljada community is expected to be the biggest ever mixed-use project in the emirate, comparable in size with Emaar Properties’ Downtown Dubai district.
