Sapa Joins Hydro to Create a Global Aluminum Champion

Norsk Hydro has agreed with Orkla to acquire a 50% interest in Sapa for a total enterprise value of Norway krone (NOK) 27 billion, giving full ownership of the global leader in extruded aluminum solutions and making Hydro a leading force in the global aluminum industry.
