Havells Acquires AC and Consumer Durables Business of Lloyd Electric

Havells India, a leading manufacturer of branded electrical products, has made a foray into the fast growing consumer durables market by acquiring the air conditioners and consumer durables business of Lloyd Electric and Engineering for INR 16 billion (US$ 248 million).
