Voltas Joins with Arcelik for US $ 100 Million Consumer Durables Venture

Voltas, Tata Group company, has reached an agreement with Turkey’s Ardutch, a subsidiary of Arcelik that forms a part of the Koc Group, to set up an equal partnership joint venture (JV) company in India with equity capital of US$ 100 million. This marks the entry of Voltas into the consumer durables sector.
