Emerson plans $100m extension

Emerson has announced plans for a $100m renovation and expansion of the labs and offices at its existing 1million ft2 cooling and heating product facility in Sidney, Ohio. Emerson says it will break ground in July on the first phase of construction, which will include building a two-story office addition onto the current facility and converting existing space to new and expanded engineering laboratories.
