3. REGIONAL VRF Market - MIDDLE EAST
The Middle Eastern VRF market scale was 24,800 units in 2016, an increase of 11.0% compared with 2015. Almost all VRF systems in the region are imported from overseas. The VRF market in the Middle East features a large number of large-scale projects, with some orders of up to 1,000 units. These large-scale projects exert a major impact on VRF demand, resulting in a VRF market that fluctuates greatly.

The VRF market in South Korea has been expanding along with rising demand for cooling multiple rooms per residence, becoming the third largest market in the world after China and Japan.
