Dow and DuPont receive antitrust clearance from U.S. department of justice for proposed merger of equals

DuPont (NYSE: DD) and The Dow Chemical Company (NYSE: DOW) announced today that they have reached a proposed agreement with the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) that will permit the companies to proceed with their proposed merger of equals.
