Dow and DuPont receive conditional regulatory approval in Brazil for proposed merger of equals

DuPont (NYSE: DD) and The Dow Chemical Company (NYSE: DOW) announced that Brazil's Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE) has granted conditional regulatory approval of their proposed merger of equals.
