Dow and dupont receive conditional approval from European commission for proposed merger of equals

DuPont (NYSE: DD) and The Dow Chemical Company (NYSE: DOW) announced that the European Commission (EC) has granted conditional regulatory clearance in Europe of the companies' proposed merger of equals.
