India & Japan Agreement for Manufacturing Skill Transfer

The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) of Japan and the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) of India signed a Memorandum of Cooperation in Tokyo on November 11, 2016 to create the Manufacturing Skill Transfer Promotion Program.
