Enforcement of the Paris Agreement and Reducing HFCs

The Paris Agreement, the historic global pact to address climate change from 2020, went into force on November 4. Enforcement came less than a year after the agreement was adopted at the 21st session of the Conference of the Parties in December 2015 and represents the first-ever legally binding international climate agreement.
