1. AHRI Co-sponsors and Exhibits at the 2016 AHR Expo Mexico
The Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) cosponsored and exhibited at the 2016 AHR Expo Mexico in Monterrey. 2. The Latest Trends of the Global R32 AC Market
To promote the shift of R32 globally, Daikin released free of charge a total 93 of its own patents concerning production and sales of air conditioners using R32 to the developing countries in 2011 and then worldwide to the developed countries in September 2015. In addition to Japanese manufacturers, the top Chinese manufacturers and several Thai local manufacturers have launched production of R32 air conditioners.

3. LU-VE to Acquire Spirotech
The acquisition of Spirotech would allow LU-VE group to use the existing business and operations of Spirotech as a platform to rapidly expand its business in India and nearby countries. LU-VE group believes that there are significant synergies to be realized by integration of its existing operations in India.

4. Hisense Launches Strategic Cooperation with Untes in Turkey
In September, Hisense signed a contract with Turkey-based air conditioning manufacturer Untes, thereby inaugurating strategic cooperation between two parties in the Turkish market. Through this agreement, Untes has become the sole authorized distributor of Hisense products in Turkey.

5. Chinese Air Conditioner Enterprises Out in Full Force at IFA
On Sep. 2, China Household Electrical Appliances Research Institute (CHEARI) hosted the 12th China Household Electric Appliance Innovation Award Ceremony. This event has been held at the IFA exhibition for eight consecutive years. On September 4, leading Chinese household electrical appliance brands such as Haier, Hisense, Midea, Gree, TCL, Changhong, and Galanz presented their cutting edge products in the China Hall.
