Gree to Acquire Yinlong for Diversified Business Presence

On August 23, Gree teamed up with Zhuhai Yinlong New Energy to hold a media conference at Gree head-quarters in Zhuhai, and announced that Gree is issuing shares at a valuation of RMB 13 billion (US$ 1.9 billion) for the acquisition of Yinlong.
