Over US$ 1 Billion Foreign Investment Expected in Food Processing

Foreign direct investment (FDI) in the food processing sector will cross US $ 1 billion in the next two years as a result of reforms in FDI and streamlining of the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) regulations.
