Petit Forestier to Acquire Fraikin

The French family-owned Petit Forestier group is to acquire Fraikin’s entire share capital. The move will create two groups with combined sales of ?1.3 billion (US$ 1.5 billion), 5,800 employees, and considerable synergy.
