NFT buys NR Evans

NFT Distribution Group has bought NR Evans in a deal valuing the business at over ￡20 million. The transaction, which was effective from Friday 15 July, includes integrated debt funding of up to ￡13m provided by Investec Growth and Acquisition Finance.
