On May 5, the Ministry of Agriculture, the National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Transport, and other departments hosted a conference in Beijing to kickoff and promote the ‘Collaborative Development Plan of Modern Agriculture in Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei (2016-2020)’.
