In 1984, when 11-year old Catina wanted to meet Michael Jackson, Make-A-Wish(R) Wisconsin offered its assistance and granted Catina her wish. Soon after that time, in a small office located in Butler, WI, there were just two employees, capable of granting about 30 wishes a year.
