More than 275 employees from Otis, the world’s largest manufacturer and maintainer of people-moving products, and UTC Climate, Controls & Security, a leading provider of heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration systems, building controls and automation, and fire and security systems, have moved to a new 3,600 square meter state-of-the-art facility in the Zahran Business Center of Jeddah.
