MHI to Split off AC&R Business to Wholly-owned Group Company

On February 4, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) announced that it will split off its air conditioning and refrigeration (AC&R) business to a wholly-owned MHI group company, effective as of October 1, 2016.
