Mayekawa Commercializes Air-source Snow- Melting CO2 Heat Pump

Mayekawa has commercialized an air-source snow-melting heat pump that uses non-fluorocarbon refrigerant. This is the first such heat pump in the world to adopt environmentally friendly CO2 refrigerant, which has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of zero and a global warming potential (GWP) of one.
