Johnson Controls' comprehensive building solution has enabled 34-year-old Sun Hung Kai Centre, a 53-story mixed-use development and headquarters of leading developer Sun Hung Kai Properties, to achieve energy and cost savings of around 10 percent and reduce its carbon footprint by 300 tons per year.
