Mitsubishi Electric completes DeLclima purchase

After announcing its intention to buy the Italian manufacturer last August, Mitsubishi achieved a majority interest at the end of December. Its subsequent mandatory tender offer has now archived the acquisition of the remaining 25.03% of the share capital of DeLclima.
