Compulsory Annual Reports for Practitioners Handling Refrigerants

All French practitioners who have certificates of professional competence entitling them to handle refrigerants must provide a report encompassing all refrigerants handled in 2015, in line with French regulations (Article 13 of the French Decree dated May 7, 2007).
