Comfort Systems USA Inc., a leading provider of commercial, industrial, and institutional HVAC services, announced it has acquired the ShoffnerKalthoff family of companies, which includes ShoffnerKalthoff Mechanical Electrical Service Inc., Shoffner Mechanical Services Inc., and SKMES Inc., headquartered in Knoxville, Tennessee.
