Calorex and Dantherm announce new partnership

Calorex and Dantherm, two of the biggest names in swimming pool ventilation, mobile drying and commercial dehumidification manufacture, have joined forces following their acquisition by new investors. Effective from 20 January 2016, Procuritas Capital Investors V has wholly purchased Calorex Heat Pumps Ltd and the HVAC division of Dantherm A/S.
