Johnson Controls announces quarterly dividend

The board of directors of Johnson Controls (NYSE: JCI), a global multi-industrial company, has authorized a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.29 per common share. The dividend is payable on April 4, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 11, 2016.
