AHRI Reminds Residents to Keep Outdoor Heat Pump Units, Furnace Vents Clear of Snow and Ice

As the Mid-Atlantic region begins to dig out from today's massive, historic winter storm, the Air Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) reminded local residents to protect their heat pumps by clearing piled up snow away from the top and sides of stand-alone, outdoor units.
