Yanmar Acquires Majority Stake in German Manufacturer RMB

On November 26, Yanmar announced that it has acquired a majority stake in RMB, a German manufacturer of micro cogeneration systems. Yanmar is aiming to assume market leadership in the micro cogeneration unit sector and intends to launch the neoTower cogeneration unit on a global scale.
