Beijer Ref acquires Thai manufacturer

Beijer Ref has acquired the remaining 40% stake in Thai manufacturing company Patton Aero. The deal announced in March for Beijer Ref’s acquisition of the New Zealand refrigeration wholesaler Patton, included 60% of Thai joint venture business Patton Aero.
