Zhejiang Province Launches New Act for Green Building

During the 12th Zhejiang Provincial People’s Congress held recently, the ‘Zhejiang Province Green Building Regulation (Draft)’ submitted for consideration, which suggests the newly-built and large-scale retrofit of private buildings should comply with the green building standard, and consumers purchasing residential green buildings should get higher loans from housing accumulated fund.
