China Vows to Accelerate Phase-out of HCFCs

To commemorate the 30th anniversary of the signing of the Vienna Convention for the Protection of the Ozone Layer, the Green Refrigeration and Heating, and Energy Saving and Emission Reduction International Seminar was held in September which was co-hosted by the Ministry of Environmental Protection and the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP).
