According to BSRIA, the total chiller market in four countries, namely Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, and Vietnam, recorded a 9.4% year-on-year decline, from US$ 302.8 million in 2013 to US$ 274.3 million in 2014. All three chiller segments recorded contractions over the previous year, with the centrifugal segment posting a 9.6% decline, the reciprocating, screw, and scroll segment posting a 9.4% decline, and the absorption segment posting a 5.8% decline.
