MOP 27: Strong debate in the run-up to COP21

The 27th meeting of the parties to the Montreal Protocol (MOP 27) kicked-off at the beginning of this week. This week, delegates representing governments, UN agencies, Montreal Protocol expert panels and committees, non-governmental organisations, and industry met in Dubai for the 27th meeting of the parties to the Montreal Protocol (MOP 27), held from 1-5 November 2015.
