Olea Medical to join Toshiba Medical Systems Corporation Group

Toshiba Medical Systems Corporation (“Toshiba”) announced today that Toshiba has completed the acquisition of the outstanding shares of Olea Medical SA (“Olea”), following approval from the French Ministry of Economy.
